From Ratebeer:

Commercial Description:
UFO experts claim that this element combined with another element make UFOs fly. A true American style beer made with lager yeast fermented at warmer ale temperatures gives this beer a slight fruity character yet remains crisp and refreshing. What kind of beer is it? It depends on whom you ask. Some will call it a West Coast lager, some a California Common and other still will say amber hybrid. We hopped this beer with four different west coast varieties of hops, Northern Brewer, Cluster, Simcoe and Mt. Hood.

John:

Perfect pour if you consider a perfect pour completely made up of head.  I kid you not, I poured an entire glass of head which sustained itself for 5-7 minutes.  You could wait for the Lord our Savior to be resurrected and the head would still be there…waiting.  And just like Jesus I found this brew lacking in substance.  The head was frothy and at times “clumpy”.  A nice dark amber color with some murkyness.  Not much aroma – some slight fruitiness but not much to speak of.  The taste was slightly sour (not horrible, see Lips of Faith La-Fouie review) but enough to make it interesting.  More maltiness and less hops (4 varieties may have been a bit much) would have made this beer a better experience.  All told I would give this brew 3 Abrahamic desert religions out of 5.

Ragnar:

To counteract your Easter propoganda, I will be writing my review in Old Norse style.  Try and keep up.

Color:  Æggressive hæd, more like meringe than hæd.  Excellent color, dark amber to copper, clær

Aroma: Hôppy with a bit of alcohol in the background

Taste: Hôpps the overwhelming component, very carbonated, sôûr, combination between an IPA and a lambic.  Probably similar to ðhe poison that Sygn collects in a bowl to prevent it from burning Loki’s face, but in a good way.  Þhe burn was plæsant, and overall I enjoyed this brew.

Shawna:

Color: murky ambery copper, with persistent head

Aroma: hoppy

Taste: sour + hoppy( times 4= bitter) = weird. This beer is almost lambicy approaching a sour red ale.  Rather than registering on the tongue this beer hits on the palate, which is really weird and unexpected. Overall, I don’t like this beer. I like sour browns (lips of faith), sour reds are ok, but the combination of bitter from all the hops and the sour together is not good. If this is what element 115 tastes like it can stay hidden as the bottle proclaims.

Cheers,

The Douchebags

And now…for something completely different.
